Love this! I’ve been an on-again/off-again blogger for decades. I think the reason why I have always been so wishy washy with it is because I’ve always been afraid of letting “the algorithm” take over. I want to write and have real engagement and conversation with people, but every time I got started it seemed I only ran into bots and I didn’t want to commit any energy into worrying about SSO and other methods to float to the top. I love your ideas of going old-school and am definitely inspired to do the same. No school like the old school.
